In this episode, I talk about how a customer did a rating and review of our company today and called us "Super Professional."  In it, I make the following points.
  • We didn't do everything perfect on that job.  We made a couple of mistakes that were not critical.
  • Responding promptly is the first thing we need to do when we are notified of our mistakes.
  • Professionalism isn't about doing everything perfect all the time, but rather it is about how we handle mistakes and imperfections in our business.
