Download MP3In this episode, I talk about business wisdom from the Scriptures, and I bring out Ecclesiastes 3:1 - 8, which is a well known passage that basically tells us that there is a time and place for everything. I make the following points:
- Sometimes we need to stand our ground in time of conflict with a customer. The customer is not always right.
- Sometimes we need to yield even if the customer is not all the way right for the sake of preserving the long term relationship.
- Knowing which way to go is a judgment call to be taken on a case by case basis.
